Job summary

Ashurst Perkins Coie is seeking a Business Development professional to support the growth of the US Financial Services practice. You will partner with partners and BD colleagues to plan and execute targeted campaigns, manage opportunities, and craft client credentials to win major matters.

The role requires strategic thinking, cross‑functional collaboration, and the ability to drive revenue through campaigns, proposals and client initiatives in a hybrid US setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in a law firm business development environment.
• Experience in financial services sector desirable.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the regional growth strategy for the US FS sector across Ashurst Perkins Coie.
• Collaborate with BD, Communications, Finance, People & Culture and other functions to drive campaigns and pursuits.
• Manage opportunity tracking, bids, proposals and tailored credentials documents.
• Lead client development activities and account plans for major US clients.
• Coordinate with London FS team to ensure consistency across client portfolios.
• Plan and execute marketing events, thought leadership and integrated campaigns.
