Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in legal or professional services marketing, BD, or strategy.
• Proven ability to lead with leadership and influence senior stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or JD preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual marketing and BD plans with budgets aligned to firm goals.
• Identify growth opportunities using client data and market trends.
• Translate strategy into initiatives with clear goals, timelines and measurable outcomes.
• Mentor administrators and team members to build a high-performing environment.
• Collaborate with Marketing Leadership to ensure integrated programs and operational excellence.
