This role shapes the firm’s approach to growth and competitive positioning in a fast-paced, global environment with transactional teams.

The ideal candidate has extensive business development and proposal strategy experience, with a focus on sophisticated M&A and public company work, and collaborates closely with senior marketing

Qualifications

• Significant experience (10+ years) in legal or professional services marketing, business development, or strategy.
• Strong record of working with leadership and key stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (MBA, JD) preferred.
• Prior experience supporting corporate/transactional practices preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of strategic marketing and business development initiatives to drive revenue.
• Act as strategic advisor to practice/sector leaders using market insights and client data.
• Manage cross-functional initiatives with timelines and measurable outcomes.
• Mentor administrators and team members to foster a client-focused environment.
• Collaborate with Marketing Leadership to ensure integrated, innovative programs.
• Leverage data and client feedback to monitor the competitive landscape and inform strategy.
• Measure ROI and drive continuous improvement through performance reporting.
