The role focuses on sophisticated M&A and public company work, partnering with transactional teams in a fast-paced global environment.

The ideal candidate brings extensive business development and proposal strategy experience, and can mentor administrators while collaborating with senior Marketing Leadership to drive revenue

Qualifications

• Significant experience (10+ years) in legal or professional services marketing, business development, or strategy.
• Strong track record working with leadership and key stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA/JD preferred.
• Prior experience supporting corporate and transactional practices preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of strategic marketing and business development plans for practice groups and sectors.
• Act as advisor to practice/sector leaders with market intelligence insights.
• Manage cross-functional initiatives using data and client insights to inform campaigns.
• Mentor administrators and team members to promote a high-performing environment.
• Collaborate with Marketing Leadership and other teams to drive integration and innovation.
