This role blends white-glove hospitality with tech-enabled processes, guiding opportunities from assessment to closing.

Initial scope is individual contributor with growth to lead a team; you will collaborate with Ops, BD, and regional MDs to scale best practices and deliver superior client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Proven 10+ years leading strategic service lines or accounts.
• Ability to translate strategy into operational delivery in complex environments.

Responsibilities

• Own global value proposition for Front of House & Workplace Experience.
• Lead end-to-end enterprise opportunity design, due diligence, and proposals.
• Partner with technology teams to evolve workplace platforms and tools.
• Drive GTM strategies and create sales/marketing materials.
• Lead client pitches and executive-level communications with stakeholders.
• Manage contract alignment and negotiations alongside counsel.
