Williams Lea by RRD is seeking a Global Solutions Director to define and scale the Front of House and Workplace Experience go-to-market strategy, blending white-glove hospitality with tech-enabled solutions for high-end enterprise clients. This US-based role leads strategy, partnerships, and governance across regions while shaping the service line’s growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 10+ years leading strategic service teams.
• Experience delivering strategic solutions and managing enterprise accounts.
• Proven ability to negotiate MSAs, SOWs, LOIs and lead vendor partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Own global value proposition and education for Front of House service line.
• Lead enterprise solution design from assessment to closing.
• Collaborate with Technology teams to innovate and optimize platforms.
• Lead client pitches and executive presentations.
• Manage MSAs, SOWs, LOIs in negotiation contexts.
• Oversee account implementations and drive continuous improvement.
