Job summary

Williams Lea by RRD is seeking a Global Solutions Director to define and scale the Front of House and Workplace Experience service line. This leadership role focuses on combining white-glove hospitality with tech-enabled platforms to win high-end enterprise clients, including law and financial institutions.

The role starts as an individual contributor with a planned transition to lead a team; heavy emphasis on pitches, governance, and cross-functional collaboration across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in finance, law, administration, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience managing teams delivering strategic services.
• Proven ability to translate strategy into operational delivery in complex environments.
• Strong contracting, negotiation, and client-facing communication skills.
• Experience leading enterprise accounts and multi-region collaborations.

Responsibilities

• Own development and execution of a global value proposition for Front of House and Workplace Experience.
• Lead enterprise solution design from assessment through due diligence, proposals, and closing.
• Bridge hospitality with technology, leveraging room booking and visitor management platforms; partner with Technology teams.
