Dimerco Express Corp in Dallas, Texas is seeking a Sales Executive to drive new business and expand regional client relationships in the global freight forwarding sector. The role emphasizes Asia-market understanding, strong communication, and a results-driven mindset.

The position offers a commission-based incentive structure, plus standard benefits, and requires at least one year in freight forwarding and international sales experience. Salary is based on experience and market norms.

Competenze

• Minimum one year in freight forwarding or related certificate.
• AEC/DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate (preferred).
• Freight Forwarding Experience a MUST.
• International Sales Experience a MUST.
• Able to work under pressure and meet Sales deadlines.
• Outgoing and forward-thinking mindset.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent communication, prioritization, and multi-tasking skills.

Mansioni

• Find new business and identify new potential markets.
• Generate business leads internally and externally, secure new business and grow customer base, develop and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective clients.
• Set and track sales targets, activity metrics, and other necessary KPIs to drive performance.
• Understand Asia Market and deeply knowledgeable about needs and trends.
• Great communication internally and externally and able to present “Presentation Skills”.
• Able to create a culture of sales excellence highlighting successes and best practices sharing and leading a team.
• Proven records to sustain own cost-plus achieving commission.
• Other assignments may be directed by the Management.
