Job summary

Dimerco Express Group in New York is seeking a results-driven Sales Executive to grow our freight forwarding business in North America. You will identify new markets, build relationships with shippers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to win and retain customers.

The ideal candidate has international sales experience, knowledge of freight forwarding, and the ability to work under pressure to meet sales targets. We offer salary based on experience and opportunities for global exposure.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English and French preferred.
• Experience in freight forwarding required.
• International sales experience required.
• Able to work under pressure and meet sales deadlines.
• Outgoing and forward-thinking mindset.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent communication, prioritization, and multi-tasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Find new business and identify new potential markets.
• Generate business leads, secure new business, and grow customer base; maintain relationships with clients.
• Set and track sales targets, activity metrics, and KPIs to drive performance.
• Understand Asia market and related needs and trends.
• Present effectively and communicate internally and externally.
• Foster a culture of sales excellence and share best practices with the team.
• Proven records to sustain own cost-plus and commission.
• Carry out other assignments as directed by Management.
