Job summary

Dimerco is seeking a results-driven freight sales professional to help grow our global forwarding business. You will identify new markets, build client relationships, and drive revenue in a fast-paced logistics environment.

The role requires 1–2 years in freight forwarding, strong English communication, and a proactive, team-oriented mindset. We offer training, opportunities for advancement, and a supportive corporate culture.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years experience in freight forwarding or related certificate.
• Must speak, write, and read English fluently.
• International freight forwarding and sales experience required.
• Excellent communication, prioritization and multi-tasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Find new business and identify potential markets.
• Generate leads and grow the customer base, maintain client relationships.
• Set and track sales targets, KPIs and activity metrics.
• Understand Asia market needs and trends.
• Communicate effectively and present insights to stakeholders.
• Foster sales excellence and share best practices with the team.
• Achieve cost-plus commissions through performance.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of one - two years experience in freight forwarding industry or related certificate
• Must speak, write, and read in English
• Bilingual or Asian speaking a PLUS but not required
• AEC / DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate (preferred)
• International Freight Forwarding Experience a MUST
• International Sales Experience a MUST
• Outgoing and forward-thinking mindset
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent communication, prioritization, and multi-tasking skills

Responsibilities:

• Find new business and identify new potential markets.
• Generate business leads internally and externally, secure new business and grow customer base, develop and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective clients.
• Set and track sales targets, activity metrics, and other necessary KPIs to drive performance
• Understand Asia Market and deeply knowledgeable about needs and trends.
• Great communication internally and externally and able to present "Presentation Skills"
• Able to create a culture of sales excellence highlighting successes and best practices sharing and leading a team
• Proven records to sustain own cost-plus achieving commission
• Other assignments may be directed by the Management
