Livingston International is seeking a pricing professional for the IFTS Freight group to provide quotes and top-notch service while collaborating with Sales, Operations, and agents. The role includes maintaining quotes, updating carrier rates, and analyzing net rates to ensure competitive pricing.

You will work with the freight team to respond quickly to requests, maintain records, and inform customers about industry and regulatory changes by phone or email.

Qualifications

• 3 years of related experience.
• Associates degree or post-secondary education required.
• Strong MS Office proficiency.

Responsabilités

• Provide quotes to clients, agents, and sales representatives within standardized time frames.
• Assist freight operations and sales in handling rate requests.
• Update and maintain quote logs and reports.
• Maintain and update air and ocean freight carrier rates for the branch.
• Analyse carrier net rates to ensure that the company is getting the best rates.
• Keep client quotation updated and current as necessary in conjunction with Sales and Operations.
• Network with and develop relationships with carriers, agents, and Livingston business partners.
• Keep customers informed of industry changes, news, and regulatory changes by telephone and/or email.
• Assist Sales department with quote follow up as required.
• Assist and communicate with IFTS Manager Freight as required.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
• Adhere to established policies and procedures.
