Job summary

JAS Forwarding (USA), Inc. is seeking a Sales Pricing Analyst to assist the Regional Sales Support Manager and lead ad hoc quote requests. The role focuses on producing internal/external quotes and tracking win/loss ratios to improve conversion.

Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years in a sales-oriented role within logistics, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with PowerBI and Cargowise. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills with MS Excel proficiency.
• Experience in sales-oriented roles in logistics.
• Experience pricing international air/ocean freight and related moves.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements (e.g., customs).
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; PowerBI preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver quotes for clients; internal and external.
• Utilize approved resources for all quote operations.
• Ensure compliance with the Company Sales Policy.
• Monitor quote logs to improve win/loss ratios and conversions.
• Provide stakeholder guidance during client implementation of business.
• Assist Regional Sales Support Manager on other tasks while meeting deadlines.
• Maintain productivity standards and KPI tracking as set by sales leadership.
