Job summary

JAS Forwarding (USA), Inc. is seeking a Sales Pricing Analyst to support the Regional Sales Support Manager. The role focuses on creating accurate quotes for internal and external clients, tracking win/loss data, and ensuring timely responses to meet KPIs.

Ideal candidates have freight/logistics pricing experience, strong Excel/PowerBI skills, and the ability to collaborate across teams to optimize quote processes and customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a sales-oriented role.
• Operational experience in freight forwarding or logistics.
• Pricing international freight moves via Air & Ocean.
• Out of Gauge cargo pricing is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerBI.
• Cargowise knowledge is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal skills
• Detail oriented, able to multitask and meet deadlines
• Knowledge of all regulatory (i.e., Customs) law, practices, and procedures
• Self-motivated, able to work in a team and independently

Responsibilities

• Utilize JAS approved organizational resources for all quote operations
• Design and deliver quotes for our clients; both internal and external
• Ensure compliance within the Company Sales Policy
• Monitor and review quote logs for win/loss ratio to drive business conversion
• Provide stakeholder guidance during client implementation of business
