Job summary

LOGISTEED America, Inc. seeks a senior pricing leader to develop and oversee pricing strategies across ocean, air, and ground freight, maximizing profitability and market share.

This role requires deep market insight and collaboration with sales, operations, and procurement to keep pricing competitive and reflective of costs. You will lead pricing initiatives, manage RFQs and bids from clients and overseas partners, and mentor a team of pricing analysts.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years’ experience in freight forwarding, pricing, logistics, or related field.
• Strong expertise in air and ocean freight is highly desired.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic pricing models and policies across all freight modes (ocean, air, road).
• Oversee the quotation lifecycle, including RFQs and bids from clients and overseas partners.
• Regularly review pricing and profitability and implement corrective actions.
• Lead negotiations with airlines, shipping lines, and other freight vendors.
• Drive procurement initiatives and manage vendor relationships.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate pricing analysts and coordinators; travel up to 25%.
