Job summary

This role coordinates shipments, prepares export and import documentation, and communicates with carriers and customers to resolve issues.

Qualifications

• 3 years of freight forwarding experience.
• Knowledge of air/ocean import and export operations.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate import and export bookings with airlines and carriers.
• Prepare rates and quotes for customers and overseas agents.
• Support branch growth by working with the Branch Manager and Sales.
• Collaborate with customers, carriers, and agents to strengthen service competitiveness.
• Prepare shipping documentation (HAWB/MAWB, AES, etc.) for international bookings.
• Dispatch pickups to agents, drayage companies, and other parties.
• Track shipments and resolve billing or shipping discrepancies.
• Liaise with Customs Brokers and terminal operators.
• Support quarterly metrics and meet individual targets.
• Adhere to policies and procedures.
