Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain direct client/carrier relationships and provide day-to-day contact and support.
• Ensure release conditions and compliance per client needs and Livingston standards for release and rating.
• Create and proactively maintain the client tariff database with accurate system files and keywords.
• Verify documentation for release conditions, compliance and rating accuracy.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to Release Operations to meet service levels.
