This production role anchors Release Operations across US locations and reports to the Manager, Service Delivery, ensuring timely processing and release of client shipments in line with procedures and service standards.

Responsibilities include accurate data entry, correct duty valuation, and collaboration with analysts to resolve issues in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Process client shipments in a timely manner across all modes of transportation.
• Create customs entries with proper client records and HS codes.
• Data entry for release, rating and billing with complete mandatory fields.
• Verify duty value and tariff treatment based on invoices and terms of sale.
• Collaborate with Release teams to resolve missing documents and instructions.
