Job summary

Qualifications

• Prior experience in freight forwarding, logistics or related field is preferred.
• Experience in ocean import and export is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage importation of goods by ocean, including customs clearance.
• Manage exportation of goods by ocean, including carrier booking and movement through transport channels.
• Coordinate with carriers, customs brokers, and trucking companies for timely delivery.
• Prepare and process documentation for customs clearance (invoices, packing lists, bills of lading).
• Track shipments and provide regular updates to customers.
