Qualifications

• 3–5 years international freight forwarding experience is required.
• Industry related degree or certification is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of global shipping practices and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Select shipment routes based on goods, time, and security needs.
• Reserve space on ships, aircraft, trains, or trucks and arrange delivery.
• Coordinate with customers, agents, and operations for shipments.
• Prepare and process shipping documents and cost accruals.
• Provide status updates to customers and follow up with agents.
• Maintain records and ensure SOP compliance.
