Job summary

FreightTAS LLC is seeking a Sales Executive in a fast-paced freight forwarding environment. You will prospect, generate leads, and build lasting client relationships while meeting monthly revenue targets and KPIs. Local travel to meet clients is expected, with base salary plus commission and strong benefits.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years in international freight forwarding sales, excellent English communication, and a hunter mentality. This is an on-site, full-time role in the Dallas area.

Qualifications

2–5 years' experience in freight forwarding sales.
Must understand international freight forwarding.
Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Seek out new clients and build a book of business through prospecting and networking—cold calling, electronic media, seminars, trade shows, and in-person presentations.
Generate business leads and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective clients.
Set and track sales targets, activity metrics, and other KPIs to drive performance.
Meet the monthly revenue quota set by Sales Management.
Travel locally for client meetings and presentations.
