Job summary

FreightTAS LLC in El Segundo/Los Angeles, CA is hiring a Sales Executive for Freight Forwarding with a hunter mentality. Salary is $80k/$100k base and commission; office-based 5 days a week with mileage reimbursement on client visits.

Visa sponsorship is not available; candidates must be legally eligible to work in the US. The client helps businesses move goods worldwide by managing international shipping, customs compliance, and warehousing, connecting Asia, NA and Europe.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years' experience directly selling Ocean and/or Air freight services within a freight forwarder.
• International Freight Forwarding Experience a MUST.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
• Bachelor's Degree or higher preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Seek out new clients and build a book of business through prospecting and networking.
• Generate and secure new business, grow customer base and maintain relationships.
• Set and track sales targets, activity metrics, and KPIs to drive performance.
• Meet monthly revenue quota and travel locally for client meetings.
