The position requires a Bachelor’s degree and Korean-English bilingual skills, with 5+ years in logistics and 1–3 years in inside sales or customer service. 8:30 AM–5:30 PM, full-time, 1-year renewable contract.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Bilingual in Korean and English required.
• 5+ years in transportation, logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain.
• 1–3 years inside sales or customer service experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel Pivot Tables and XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP.

Responsabilités

• Prospect and qualify new sales leads via cold calling, email campaigns, and market research.
• Partner with BDMs to execute on new sales leads.
• Research target accounts to map key decision-makers and uncover shipping opportunities.
• Schedule qualified meetings and discovery calls for BDMs.
• Qualify inbound leads by identifying customer shipping volumes, lanes, and pain points.
• Maintain an active pipeline of prospective clients in the CRM.
• Negotiate freight rates, terms, and service agreements to secure shipments.
• Cross-sell and upsell additional logistics services to current accounts.
• Coordinate rate requests with pricing, procurement, and operations.
• Prepare accurate freight quotations and proposals for client presentation.
• Follow up on quotes to close business or gather market feedback.
