SmartRecruiters, Inc. is seeking a Logistics & Sales Operations Specialist to lead U.S. supply chain and sales administration in a hybrid role.

You will handle 3PL/warehouse management, import/export compliance, and sales order processing, acting as the bridge between internal teams, partners, and Korea Global HQ. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of logistics and sales support experience, proficiency in English and Korean, and hands-on ERP and inventory management skills to ensure accurate

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or related field.
5+ years in logistics operations and sales administration/support; healthcare/beauty/CPG experience preferred.
Bilingual proficiency in English and Korean for communication with Korea HQ and U.S.-based partners.

Responsibilities

Oversee 3PL warehouse operations, inbound/outbound, inventory control and stock reconciliations.
Coordinate import/export, customs clearance, and freight forwarder relations; manage trade documentation.
Manage end-to-end order entry, invoicing, fulfillment tracking, and POD across channels.
Maintain master data in ERP, generate sales performance and inventory status reports.
Collaborate with U.S. Sales/Marketing and Korea HQ to align demand forecasting and order priority.
