Responsibilities

• Supports daily B2C e-commerce operations and customer needs
• Responds to customer inquiries regarding orders, provides shipments, delivery status, returns, and account-related requests
• Coordinates order and shipment updates with fulfillment and warehouse, logistics team to quickly prepare customers' orders
• Monitors customer shipment activities and assist with resolving any order, delivery, or fulfillment issues
• Put data entry, and maintains accurate customer, order, and account information within internal systems
• Communicates with customers via email and phone in Korean and English as needed
• Supports assigned customer accounts and maintain timely follow-up on open requests
• Other duties assigned by your managers

Job description

A global Air Freight Forwarding Company from East Asia is looking for a customer service representative who can speak both Korean and English as a first language level.

This position is direct hired and full-time, onsite position in the Portland Airport area.

We will not be able to negotiate when it comes to language qualification for this position. You will be assigned clients who mainly speaks Korean, so your Korean language skill must be more than business level. All of the other documents for cargos to cross borders are created and written in English, so your English level must be also more than business level as well.

This key role works closely with internal fulfillment, warehouse, and operations teams to ensure orders are processed accurately and customer concerns are resolved promptly. The position requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to provide responsive service in both Korean and English.
