Qualifications

• 8+ years of freight forwarding experience, with 5+ years in management or branch leadership.
• Proven experience managing Air, Ocean, and Ground forwarding operations.
• Excellent leadership, decision-making, and customer escalation skills.

Responsibilities

• Own full branch P&L, including revenue growth, margin performance, and cost control.
• Lead daily freight forwarding operations across air, ocean, and ground modes.
• Ensure reliable execution of import, export, and domestic shipments across global regions.
