Job summary

Scan Global Logistics in Elizabeth, NJ is seeking a detail-oriented Freight Forwarder specializing in Aid, Relief & Government programs to support ARG operations. The role covers air export, cross-trade, and optional ocean shipments, with focus on compliance, billing, reporting, and documentation management.

You will coordinate with carriers, NVOCCs, brokers, and internal teams to ensure timely shipments, keep accurate records in TMS/ERP, and provide strong customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience in Air Export/Forwarding, preferably ARG/NGO/humanitarian logistics.
• End-to-end shipment coordination experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end air export, cross-trade, and air shipments.
• Manage booking, routing, tracking, tracing, and delivery coordination.
• Liaise with carriers, forwarders, NVOCCs, brokers, and warehouses.
• Handle export documentation: AES, EEI, B/Ls, export declarations.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. export regulations and government shipment protocols.
• Provide freight quotations and support for inquiries.
