Qualifications

• Air export experience of at least 2 years.
• Experience in air freight logistics and distribution.
• Experience with bonded freight and cargo.
• Customer service oriented with problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end air export operations, including pickup arrangements and carrier bookings.
• Book freight with airlines and provide pre-alerts once bookings are confirmed.
• Track shipments from origin to final destination and update clients.
• Prepare export documentation (Bill of Lading, Invoices, Certificates of Origin, AES filings).
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, TSA, IATA, ISO, Customs and other regulations.
• Maintain courteous, prompt customer service and professional communication with vendors and customers.
• Handle inquiries and rate requests in a timely manner.
