Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on air export operations experience.
• Strong understanding of air freight logistics and documentation.
• Proficient in MS Office and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Perform end-to-end air export operations, including arrangements for pick-up or inland transportation, booking with airlines, and coordination with carriers and truckers.
• Prepare export documentation (e.g., Bill of Lading, Invoices, Certificates of Origin, AES filings).
• Track, trace, and route export shipments from origin to final destination with updates to clients and internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, TSA, IATA, ISO, Customs, and other regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate daily shipments, documentation, monitoring, dispatching, and invoicing.
