Job summary

Responsibilities

• Coordinate shipments with customers, carriers, and shipping providers to coordinate shipments and resolve issues.
• Prepare and manage shipping quotes for customers.
• Negotiate freight and shipping rates with carriers and couriers.
• Maintain accurate shipping records and documentation.
• Monitor shipment activity to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare reports and provide logistics data to management.
• Support customs and transportation compliance requirements when applicable.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
