Job summary

Grafana Labs is seeking a Senior Director of Corporate FP&A to build and scale our global FP&A function from the United States, with a fully remote model. You will own planning, forecasting, and reporting, partnering with Finance and executives to drive strategic decisions and operating cadence as the company grows.

You will lead a team, advance AI-enabled processes, and partner across geographies to deliver trusted financial insights and actionable recommendations for growth and resilience.

Qualifications

10+ years in FP&A or related finance roles in tech.
Experience at a leading technology company; public company exposure preferred.
Strong financial modeling, strategic insight, and executive storytelling.

Responsibilities

Own the company-wide Corporate FP&A model and planning processes.
Lead executive and Board reporting with clear commentary on performance.
Build KPI and reporting architecture with dashboards and reviews.
Partner with Accounting/Tax for close and reporting.
Improve forecasting, processes, and AI-enabled finance workflows.
Develop and mentor a high-performing Corporate FP&A team.
