Job summary

Leica Biosystems, a Danaher operating company, seeks a Director of Global Financial Planning & Analysis located in Deer Park, IL. The role drives enterprise planning, forecasting, and executive support to improve decision-making and value creation.

You will guide DBS-led transformations, work with CFO-level leaders, and oversee global cross-functional initiatives to strengthen financial performance and resilience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• 9+ years of progressive Finance experience with global FP&A and enterprise planning responsibilities.
• Forecasting, scenario modelling, resource allocation, and management reporting expertise.
• Experience designing scalable Finance operating models, governance, and automation.
• Ability to advise CFO-level executives and lead cross-functional global initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Own the enterprise-wide financial planning and performance management framework and governance.
• Translate complex financial data into forward-looking insights for executive leadership.
• Lead the global FP&A transformation roadmap using DBS, analytics, and automation.
• Provide direction to Finance partners across regions, sites, and functions.
• Lead scenario analysis and financial evaluation of strategic initiatives.
