The role requires 8+ years in commercial finance or a related field, strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, and experience with ERP/BI systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or accounting; 8+ years in commercial finance or FP&A.
- Experience partnering with senior leaders to influence strategy and drive performance.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint, ERP/BI experience (SAP, Power BI, OneStream).
Responsibilities
- Partner with global digital pathology leadership to drive performance and profitability.
- Develop executive dashboards and reporting across regions and channels.
- Lead pricing, margin analyses, and evaluate growth initiatives.
- Collaborate with regional finance teams to standardize metrics and forecasting.
- Drive continuous improvement of commercial reporting and decision support.
