Job summary

Integra LifeSciences in Princeton, NJ is seeking an experienced financial planning and analysis professional to support the Senior Director of Finance, International. You will forecast, analyze, and present international P&L performance to senior leadership and collaborate with global teams to drive efficiency and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Finance or Accounting is required; MBA preferred; CPA is a plus.
• 7–10 years of relevant finance or accounting experience, including FP&A and budgeting.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong financial modeling ability.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills across levels.
• Experience with Hyperion, OneStream, BPC or TM1 is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure completeness, timeliness, and accuracy of forecasts.
• Provide analytics for the international business via trends and reporting.
• Collaborate with FP&A to improve planning and reporting processes.
• Partner with commercial teams to align forecasts with plans.
• Influence regional leaders across EMEA, CALA, and Asia growth.
• Lead a small team and develop direct reports.
