The Global Senior Director, DBS - Commercial, leads deployment of the DBS system across sales, marketing and service, embedding continuous improvement and AI-enabled transformation to achieve strategic objectives.

The role reports to the DBS vice president and will be on-site in Deer Park, IL, partnering with regional leaders to accelerate revenue growth and standardize best practices

Qualifications

10+ years of enterprise leadership driving continuous improvement and large-scale transformation.
Experience aligning sales, marketing and service to commercial outcomes.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives with accountability and impact.

Responsibilities

Provide strategic leadership for DBS Commercial Playbook deployment at global scale.
Set annual DBS strategic agenda with senior commercial leaders.
Oversee DBS Growth tools to elevate capabilities and accelerate revenue.
Champion operational excellence, removing barriers and simplifying processes.
Develop DBS capability through executive coaching and policy deployment.
