Job summary

Oxford Policy Management Limited is seeking a Global Foundation Partnerships Lead to shape and grow our portfolio of work with philanthropic foundations. This senior role leads development and execution of the foundation partnerships strategy, building a strong pipeline and deep, strategic relationships with decision-makers across global foundations.

You will work closely with the Research & Evidence Practice Lead and other senior colleagues to translate foundations' priorities into actionable

Qualifications

• Substantial experience with major philanthropic foundations and understanding of grant-making processes.
• Established senior-level relationships across philanthropy and ability to cultivate partnerships.
• Experience delivering social impact at national, regional or international level.
• Strong MEL knowledge to inform foundation strategies, strengthen programmes and measure results.
• Collaborative approach across disciplines to shape client-facing propositions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and drive strategy to grow the portfolio of work with philanthropic foundations.
• Build and actively manage a strong pipeline of foundation opportunities through to conversion.
• Understand foundations' priorities and translate insights into actionable opportunities for OPM.
• Position OPM as a strategic partner ahead of procurement and fundraising processes.
• Act as a senior ambassador for OPM within the philanthropic community and networks.
