Step Up Tutoring is seeking a Development Manager, Foundation Relations who will own the craft of foundation fundraising—writing proposals and reports that win six- and seven-figure grants, building a research-driven prospect pipeline, and managing funder relationships with the CEO and Development team. • An Exceptional Writer: You write with clarity, structure, and precision. You can hold a complex program model in your head and explain it in three sentences or three pages, depending on what the funder asked for.

Aufgaben

• Draft LOIs, proposals, grant reports, and interim updates for foundation funders. Collaborate with internal teams to gather timely information and organize it into clear communication.
• Own the process of articulating outcomes and impact into a rigorous story of impact.
• Create visual presentations (graphs, charts) to accompany narratives and present content professionally.
• Develop and report on grant budgets in collaboration with the Finance Director.
• Manage the full grants calendar: deadlines, requirements, submission portals, and internal reviews.
• Maintain a library of core language and approved data points for consistent messaging.
• Identify and qualify new foundation prospects through research and network mapping.
• Build prospect briefs for executive leaders and track pipeline movements.
• Coordinate foundation communications across 20+ funders and ensure timely follow-ups.
