Alliance Defending Freedom is seeking a Foundation Partnerships Grant Manager to own the end-to-end grant cycle, supervise the Grant Writer, and manage a portfolio of foundation relationships. You will ensure timely, accurate, and compelling communications with partners and oversee reporting, deadlines, and compliance across foundations.

This role sits in the Development function and reports to the Director of Operations, with responsibilities including calendar maintenance, proposal oversight,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in grant management.
• Experience with grant proposals, cycles, and reporting best practices.
• Ability to edit grant proposals and reports for clarity and compliance.
• Strong written and verbal communication in a professional environment.

Responsabilités

• Lead all foundation and grant cycles, coordinating with Directors of Transformational Partnerships and TRMs.
• Oversee internal grant cycle processes: LOIs, proposals, and reporting.
• Supervise the Grant Writer and manage workload and deadlines.
• Review and approve grant proposals, LOIs, and reports for quality and guidelines.
