Job summary

The Seed Company is recruiting a Foundation Partnerships Manager in Arlington, TX to grow a portfolio of 20–35 foundation partners and cultivate new prospects. You will work with program teams and Marketing & Communications to align opportunities with the ministry, ensuring strong, trust-based philanthropy.

You will lead LOIs, grant proposals, and reporting, managing the lifecycle from submission to stewardship while coordinating with Development Officers and cross-functional teams to maximize

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Fundraising, or similar field.
• 5+ years of foundation fundraising, grants management, or institutional partnerships.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
• Self-motivated and self-directed.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a portfolio of 20-35 foundation partners and prospects.
• Identify 20-30 new foundation prospects annually to strengthen the pipeline.
• Lead LOIs, grant proposals, and supporting materials with program teams and Marketing & Communications.
• Manage the grant lifecycle with timely proposals, reports, and compliance.
• Collaborate with Development Officers and cross-functional teams to strengthen partnerships.
