Job summary

Adams Communication & Engineering Technology (ACET) is seeking a Journeyman Foreign Military Sales Analyst to support FMS cases for the F/A-18 fleet at NAS Patuxent River. The role requires coordinating, tracking, and reporting on case status, budgets, and timelines in accordance with Navy and DoD policies.

In this mid-level position, you will interface with international partners, NAVAIR leadership, and industry contractors to ensure compliant, timely case execution while leveraging DSAMS,

Qualifications

• Must possess or be able to obtain a DoD Secret Security Clearance.
• BA/BS degree from an accredited institution.
• 3–10 years of direct experience in DoD acquisition, financial tracking, or security cooperation program management.
• Strong analytical capabilities and advanced Excel for financial data manipulation.
• Cross-cultural communication skills to interface with international stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and track development of LORs, LOAs, P&A data, and case amendments for F/A-18 fleets.
• Monitor, reconcile, and analyze FMS case funding; develop obligation and expenditure phasing plans.
• Prepare program status reports, schedules, and background briefs for international partners and NAVAIR leadership.
• Serve as primary interface between NAVAIR PMA teams, international reps, U.S. government entities, and defense contractors.
• Ensure all case execution complies with DoD FMR, SAMM, and ITAR guidelines.
