Job summary

Adams Communication & Engineering Technology (ACET), Incorporated seeks a Journeyman Foreign Military Sales Analyst to support NAS Norfolk, VA, working on international defense cooperation and sustainment programs. The role focuses on executing and tracking FMS cases in compliance with AECA, SAMM, and ITAR, under Case Managers and Team Leads.

The ideal candidate has a DoD Secret clearance eligibility, a BA/BS, and 3–10 years in DoD acquisition or related fields, with strong Excel/PowerPoint

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree from an accredited institution.
• Experience in DoD acquisition, financial tracking, international programs, or security cooperation management.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the Case Manager, Program Managers, and Team Leads in managing FMS case lifecycles from inception to closure.
• Analyze and manage FMS casework per AECA, SAMM, and ITAR.
• Cross-reference case objectives with DoD acquisition policy guidance to align with milestones.
• Collaborate with the Security Cooperation team across engineering, logistics, and finance to track actions and resolve bottlenecks.
• Gather, organize, and interpret international program data to assist in developing price and availability data, LOAs, and status briefs.
