ACET, Incorporated is seeking a Senior Foreign Military Sales Analyst to lead high-level international defense cooperation for the F/A-18 program at NAS Patuxent River. You will serve as a principal advisor and architect, overseeing multi-million dollar portfolios and ensuring compliance with DSCA and DoN policies.

Qualifications

• DoD Secret security clearance or ability to obtain.
• MA or MS degree; BA/BS with extensive defense experience acceptable.
• 10+ years in DoD acquisition, financial tracking, or security cooperation.
• Expert knowledge of DoN policies and security cooperation workflows.
• Experience with DSAMS, MISIL, and Navy ERP.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and negotiation of LORs, LOAs, and P&A definitions.
• Design and critique obligation and expenditure plans to drive case closures.
• Interface with PMA leadership, DSCA, NIPO, and prime contractors.
• Aggregate and interpret data across international delivery schedules and logistics.
• Ensure ITAR, SAMM, and disclosure guidelines are followed.
• Prepare executive status reports and briefing packages for PRMs.
