Job summary

ACET, Incorporated in Norfolk, VA is seeking a Junior Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Analyst to support international defense cooperation programs for the F/A-18 variants program at NAS Norfolk.

In this entry-level role, you will assist with daily coordination, administrative tracking, and financial monitoring of active FMS cases, collaborating with senior analysts to ensure compliance with Navy and DoD security cooperation policies.

Qualifications

• DoD Secret Clearance required or ability to obtain.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• 0–3 years in data organization or administrative support.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Assist in gathering, organizing, and tracking documentation for LORs and LOAs for F/A-18 platforms, modifications, and spare parts.
• Populate and maintain case tracking matrices, delivery schedules, and action-item logs.
• Monitor basic financial metrics (obligations and expenditures) and verify funding documents against case budgets.
• Prepare informational briefs, agendas, and technical papers, and track actions during PRMs and stakeholder meetings.
• Input and extract data from defense security assistance databases under guidance of senior staff.
