Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Sr. Program Manager to lead Fleet Accountability within the DSP Compliance & Experience team.

You will shape strategy, drive end-to-end delivery, and scale programs across regions to ensure safe, compliant fleet operations for Delivery Service Partners globally. You will partner with fleet, safety, operations, and technology teams, owning the roadmap, extracting insights from data, and communicating outcomes to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose Fleet Defects End-to-End: identify root causes from driver-reported vehicle issues and safety signals.
• Build Preventive System Controls: implement proactive mechanisms and guardrails to drive DSP action before violations occur.
• Own Fleet Enforcement Mechanisms: support the launch of Monitoring and Enforcement Plans for priority fleet compliance areas.
• Establish Safety Coverage Standards: define standards across vehicle types, regions, and delivery programs and track compliance.
• Create Detection and Remediation Systems: design signals to proactively identify fleet safety risks and drive remediation frameworks.
• Drive Leadership Alignment: manage Director and VP-level reviews and prioritize work with clear resource allocation.
