Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Sr. Program Manager to lead fleet expansion initiatives for its last-mile delivery network.

You will own end-to-end expansion programs, balancing innovation with operational excellence across multiple teams and external vendors. You will develop expansion strategies, manage pilots, and build partnerships to deliver vehicles and infrastructure meeting growing demand while advancing sustainability goals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
• 5+ years of supply chain management experience or Bachelor's degree.
• Experience building and scaling operational mechanisms (WBRs, dashboards, escalation frameworks).

Responsibilities

• Own expansion strategy and execution for assigned fleet segments, including vehicle selection, vendor partnerships, and operational readiness.
• Develop multi-year expansion roadmaps that align with business growth projections and priorities.
• Build business cases evaluating market readiness, infra needs, financial impact, and customer experience.
• Define success metrics for new programs and track performance against targets.
• Identify and mitigate risks to timelines, budgets, and outcomes.
