Job summary

Amazon’s Fleet Expansion team is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead multi-year expansion initiatives for last-mile delivery, coordinating with procurement, DSPs, operations, and safety to scale fleets and infrastructure.

You will own end-to-end expansion initiatives, build business cases, run pilots, and collaborate with partners to deliver scalable, sustainable solutions that meet growing demand while advancing safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
• 5+ years of supply chain management experience, or Bachelor's degree.
• Experience building and scaling operational mechanisms (WBRs, dashboards, escalation frameworks).

Responsibilities

• Fleet Expansion Strategy & Execution: Own expansion strategy and execution for assigned fleet segments, including vehicle selection, vendor partnerships, and operational readiness.
• Pilot Program Management: Lead pilot programs to evaluate new vehicle types, operational models, and vendor partnerships.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with procurement teams on vehicle sourcing, vendor negotiations, and contract management; collaborate with operations, safety, and real estate teams.
• Ecosystem Development: Identify infrastructure gaps and build processes and tools to enable efficient fleet operations.
• Stakeholder Communication: Ensure leadership visibility into program status, risks, and opportunities through updates and reviews.
