Job summary

Wayve seeks a Strategic Partnership Manager to own and scale a global partner ecosystem for fleet operations. You’ll manage end-to-end relationships, drive contract negotiations, and ensure KPI alignment across markets including the US, UK, Germany and Japan.

The role requires navigating diverse partners, building playbooks, and coordinating with Robotaxi teams to support scale and continuity. You will engage with partner leadership, manage renewals and SLAs, and contribute to onboarding,

Qualifications

• Experience managing strategic partnerships or outsourced/vendor relationships end-to-end.
• Experience negotiating commercial terms and contracts.
• Ability to hold partners to KPIs or SLAs, including when performance slips.
• Comfort operating across multiple markets and time zones, across cultures and operating models.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end relationships with external partners delivering Wayve's fleet operations across multiple markets.
• Act as the primary link between regional Fleet Operations leads and partners; resolve performance and operating-model issues.
• Own contract negotiations, commercial terms, renewals and contractual compliance; lead partner reviews on hiring, training, KPIs and operations.
• Scan the market to source and evaluate new partners; bring diligence and proposals to leadership for decision.
• Lead partner onboarding, transitions and offboarding, ensuring continuity and capturing learnings across markets.
• Build the global playbook and performance framework for fleet operations partnerships; support internal change initiatives.
• Provide partnership and commercial support to Robotaxi operations teams as services scale.
