Wayve is seeking a Fleet Operations Training Lead for the US and Japan. You will design, deliver, and continuously improve training across Fleet Operations, ensuring teams have the knowledge and skills to operate safely and effectively.

You will align with Safety, Engineering, and People teams while adapting programs for local requirements. You will build scalable training programs, competency frameworks, and certification paths, with a focus on safety, compliance, and operational excellence

Formación

• You should apply if you have a proven track record of developing and implementing comprehensive operational training programs.
• Experience leading training in high-velocity, safety-focused environments is desirable.
• Experience enabling training across multiple locations, regions, or multicultural teams is a plus.
• Strong facilitation and communication skills to translate complex concepts clearly.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive training strategy for Fleet Operations in the US and Japan.
• Design onboarding, technical, safety, compliance, and professional development programs.
• Partner with Fleet Ops leaders to assess skills and identify gaps.
• Deliver instructor-led, virtual, practical, and blended learning experiences.
• Establish training standards and adapt content for local languages and regulations.
• Create structured learning paths, competency frameworks, and certification programs.
• Monitor participation, knowledge retention, and operational impact of training.
• Lead train-the-trainer programs and support local trainers.
• Utilize learning tech to scale training and maintain records.
