Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide confidential academic advising to a caseload of undergraduates in the Global First Year pathway.
• Support students in identifying a major and navigating degree requirements.
• Respond to student inquiries within two business days.
• Document interactions and monitor progress in advising systems.
• Educate students on university policies, resources, and career planning resources.
