• Provides confidential academic advising to ensure students receive individual attention to succeed.
• Develops and monitors academic plans to assist students with timely graduation and retention initiatives.
• Manages caseloads using Panther Degree Audit and advising tools to guide majors and program changes.
• Leads advising sessions for transfer and accounting-adjacent programs and coordinates with relevant colleges.
