Qualifications

• Uses advising platforms to manage a caseload and monitor progress.
• Responds to student inquiries in a timely manner (within 2 business days) and provides comprehensive advising.
• Mentors advising staff and leads departmental initiatives.
• Collaborates with campus partners to enhance student experience and graduation outcomes.
